Dear “Coaches,” Stop Selling Us Struggle in a Suit

There’s something we need to talk about.
A lot of you out here selling to small business owners are selling us back our own struggle, repackaged in neutral tones with a high-ticket price tag.

And it has to stop.
You know exactly who I’m talking about:
The ones charging $5K for group coaching with no deliverables
The ones promising "six figures in six weeks" off a funnel they didn’t even build themselves
The ones telling women to "just believe" their way to success without ever handing them a tool
I’ve seen solopreneurs with $1,200 in the bank convinced to buy "certifications" for coaching niches that don’t even exist. I’ve seen overwhelmed founders led to believe they’re failing because they didn’t manifest hard enough.
And let’s call it what it is: financial gaslighting.
What we really need are:
Sales systems that don’t require DMs and desperation
Tools that actually scale with small bandwidths
Pricing plans based on math, not mindset games
Communities that pour back into you, not drain you
At Impact League, we don’t do the struggle glorification. We do execution. We teach women and underestimated founders how to own their growth, not just visualize it.
We’re not here for your energy coaching. We’re here for your P&L.
We don’t do toxic positivity. We do honest positioning.
If you’re selling someone a dream without a deliverable, I hope you read this twice.
Because we’re building an army of founders who know better now. And when we know better, we do better.
