Welcome to Impact League Mastermind (Impact League, this site, the Company). By accessing or using our website, services, or memberships, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users, members, and visitors. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Question 2

What are the membership terms?

Accepted Answer

1. **Membership Definition**: Membership is granted upon payment of dues. Privileges are extended to the registered member only. Impact League retains the right to revoke membership with notice at its discretion.

2. **Termination by Impact League**: Impact League may terminate any membership for any reason with 90 days’ written notice.

3. **No Guarantees**: Impact League does not guarantee any specific personal, business, or financial results from participation in its programs. Outcomes are dependent on multiple factors beyond the Club’s control.

4. **Membership Pricing & Tiers**: Founding Member Pricing – Locked in for Life. Pre-launch rates valid only through June 2, 2025. Post-launch pricing will apply after this date. Founding members maintaining active accounts will retain their rate for life.

5. **Membership Payments**: Annual payment is due at sign-up. Failed payments may incur a $50 administrative fee.

6. **Indemnification & Assumption of Risk**: Members agree to hold Impact League and its representatives harmless from any liability resulting from participation. Members accept full responsibility for any associated risks, including personal injury or loss.

7. **Release of Liability**: By signing, members waive rights to bring future claims against Impact League (including claims based on negligence). Indemnify Impact League from third-party claims caused by their conduct. Agree to follow all Club rules and conduct codes. Accept that this waiver applies to them and their estate/heirs/assigns.

8. **Guest Policy**: One guest may or may not be permitted to attend an in-person event, subject to approval and capacity. Additional guest fees may apply if they are allowed to attend.

9. **Confidentiality & Professional Conduct**: All members’ communications and activities are confidential. Members agree to professional conduct at all times while participating in Impact League spaces.

10. **Non-Disparagement**: Members agree not to publicly or privately disparage Impact League or its representatives. Violations may lead to termination and possible legal action.

11. **Military Exceptions**: Members entering active military duty may cancel without penalty upon proper documentation.

12. **Auto-Renewal**: Membership automatically renews annually unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

13. **Extra Event Costs**: Some events may include fees beyond regular membership dues, including summits, dinners, and retreats.

14. **Modification of Terms**: Impact League may modify these terms with 30 days’ notification to members.

15. **Cancellation Notice**: All cancellation notices must be sent in writing to support@impactleague.co.

Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program offers commissions ranging from 5% to 10% based on membership tier referrals. Affiliates are bound by these Terms of Use and must comply with all applicable laws.

You agree to use the resources, webinars, tools, and services provided by Impact League Mastermind solely for personal or professional development.

The following actions are prohibited:

Sharing proprietary content with non-members.
Misusing the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Violating intellectual property rights.

All content, materials, trademarks, and resources provided by Impact League Mastermind are the property of the company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without explicit permission.

What is the limitation of liability for Impact League Mastermind?

Impact League Mastermind provides services "as-is" and does not guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Results are solely dependent on the user’s capabilities.

By signing and/or agreeing to our membership, members waive rights to bring future claims against Impact League (including claims based on negligence).
